This Cinsaut is aged in French oak barrels for 8 months. This dark-skinned grape is usually blended with Grenache or Syrah grapes to soften palate and add aromatic complexity. Delicious medium-bodied mouthful of bright red raspberry, plum and baker's chocolate. Long, lingering finish of Bing cherry and white pepper with fine tannins.
